How Integrity Airworks Got Started

Rhett Smith founded Integrity Airworks after serving in the U.S. Air Force. The transition from military service to HVAC work came naturally—both demand discipline, structured process, and attention to detail. Both require showing up on time and doing the job right, every time.

He built the company around a simple idea: treat every home and every facility the way you’d want your own treated. That means honest assessments, clear communication, and work you can stand behind.

Today, Integrity Airworks serves homeowners and commercial properties across the Birmingham metro with two core service lines: professional HVAC repair and installation, and NADCA-certified air duct cleaning.
